Anthrax is a disease caused by a spore forming bacteria capable of remaining dormant in soil for lengthy periods. Specific weather patterns were speculated to be associated with an increased likelyhood of it being disturbed and manifesting as acute disease in livestock. We developed a daily predictive model using meteorolgical data and deployed it using a progressive web app. Our clients are able to strategically target preventative measures based on these outcomes.

The Anthrax Early Warning System was one of ingenums earliest projects and nicely demonstrates our approach to problem solving.
